Corrections first. Partnerships second. We answer when a fact on the site is wrong.
How to reach us
The best way to reach us is email: hello@visitmykonos.city. It goes to the editorial team that writes Visit Mykonos. There is no phone line, no contact form and no social-media inbox, so email is the only channel we monitor. Please write in English, Greek, German or Italian if you can, mention the page address, and keep the message short so we can act on it quickly.
We read every message, but we are a small team and do not promise a reply to every request. We are not the Municipality of Mykonos, the airport or a travel agent, so we cannot book rooms, change tickets or help with a trip in progress. For emergencies on the island call 112; the national tourist police line is 1571. For lost property or flights, contact the airline or the airport directly.
Put in the subject
Correction, press, partnership or link request — so we route it without guessing.
Paste the page URL
Copy the address bar from the page you mean, e.g. practical-info.html or airport-transfer.html.
Attach a source
For fare or hour fixes, link jmk-airport.gr, mykonosbus.com or odysseus.culture.gr — corrections with sources jump the queue.
Report a wrong fare, hour or phone number
If a fare, opening hour or phone number on the site is wrong, tell us. Include the page, what is wrong and a link to the official source that shows the correct detail, such as jmk-airport.gr, mykonosbus.com, odysseus.culture.gr or cyclades.culture.gov.gr. A screenshot or date of your visit helps if no web page exists.
We check each report against primary sources before changing the guide, and we add a new check date when we do. If we cannot verify it, we may replace the figure with "check locally" rather than guess. Corrections with a source link are handled first. Prices on a rough-cost basis are estimates, so a different price on your bill is not always an error; tell us what you paid and when.
Press, hotels and link requests
For press, hotels and link requests, use the same address and put the purpose in the subject line. We do not accept paid placements, we do not sell hotel listings, and we do not publish advertorials. If you run a hotel, blog or tourism site and want to link to us, our link to us page has ready-made HTML snippets.
Journalists are welcome to quote our pages with attribution and a link to visitmykonos.city; check the original source for any fact you republish. Partnership pitches without a specific page or product in mind will wait longer than corrections. Privacy: messages are used only to answer you (see the privacy policy). More on how we work is on the about page.
Contact questions
How fast do you reply?
We aim to acknowledge corrections within a few working days; those with a source link come first. Partnership and press pitches may take longer, and we do not promise a reply to every message. There is no phone line, so email hello@visitmykonos.city is the only channel. For emergencies on the island, call 112.
Can I guest-post on visitmykonos.city?
Not as a paid placement. If you have a documented correction or a primary-source tip we can verify, email hello@visitmykonos.city. We rewrite in our own voice and cite the source. We do not publish advertorials or sponsored posts, and no sponsor can buy a mention in the guide.
Do you take hotel listings?
No. Where to stay is written by area and price band, not by a hotel paying for a paragraph. Affiliate links, when present, sit in marked slots and do not change the area advice. If you run a hotel and want to be linked from your own site, see the link to us page.
